Abstract :
Reviewing the Al-Qur'an memorization program is an interesting thing to discuss, especially since the program has always been a flagship program in various educational institutions. One of the educational institutions that has a program for memorizing the Qur'an is the Takhassus Al Qur'an program at SMA IT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta. Through this program, researchers want to know how the implementation of the Qur'an takhassus program is and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the program. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the Qur'an takhassus program and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Qur'an takhassus program at IT Abu Bakar High School Yogyakarta in the 2021/2022 academic year. The type of research used in this study is field research with a qualitative approach and to determine the implementation of the Qur'an takhassus program, it uses a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Al-Qur'an takhassus program, namely the planning of tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning using the typical curriculum of SMA IT Abu Bakar. The implementation of learning the tahfidz of the Qur'an in the takhassus program of the Qur'an in the form of tahfidz and tahsin of the Qur'an. In tahfidz learning, students are given the freedom to use the memorization method. While in learning tahsin using the Al Karim method by talaqqi in the teaching process. The evaluation of learning tahfidz Al Qur'an program takhassus Al Qur'an is by direct assessment. The biggest supporting factor in the takhassus program of the Qur'an is a strong will from oneself and is supported by the environment. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor for the program is poor timing.
