Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to analyze the professional competence, personality competence, and pedagogic competence of prospective accounting teachers in improving teacher performance. The research was conducted within the scope of the accounting education study program, faculty of teacher training and education at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The type of research used is a quantitative type with a causal associative design. The population used was 276 students, and 160 students were taken as research samples. The research technique used is Cluster Sampling. The results showed that professional competence, personality competence, and pedagogic competence had a significant effect on improving teacher performance.
