Abstract :
The community of Urutsewu Village, Ampel District, Boyolali Regency has been known by the general public to have many businesses and one of them is the oyster mushroom business. And one of the owners of oyster mushroom cultivation named Mr. Paimin uses a profit sharing system with results, one party provides capital and one party manages the cultivation business. In this effort, it occurs on the basis of trust between the two parties who do business. In the analysis that has been carried out regarding the concept of musyarakah mudaraba, the business is based on two guidelines, namely the Al-Quran and Al-Hadith.The purpose of this study was to determine whether the system or concept applied in the oyster mushroom cultivation business belonging to Mr. Paimin, located in Urutsewu Village, Ampel District, Boyolali Regency, was in accordance with the Mushayarak Mudharabah concept. The research method used by the researcher is a qualitative method with the type of field research (field research) obtained by means of observation, interviews, and documentation with several parties. The results of this study explain that the concept used by the owner of the oyster mushroom cultivation business is the concept of Musyarakah Mudharabah and is in accordance with the guidelines of the Al-Quran and Al-Hadith in which the distribution of results is divided equally to both parties and if there is losses are borne by both parties equally. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui sistem atau konsep yang diterapkan dalam usaha budidaya jamur tiram milik bapak Paimin yang terletak di Desa Urutsewu Kecamatan Ampel Kabupaten Boyolali tersebut apakah sudah sesuai dengan konsep Mushayarak Mudharabah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan olen peneliti yaitu dengan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) yang didapat dengan cara observasi, wawancara, maupun dokumentasi dengan beberapa pihak. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut menjelaskan bahwasanya konsep yang digunakan oleh pemilik usaha budidaya jamur tiram tersebut adalah konsep Mudharabah dan sudah sesuai dengan pedoman Al-Quran dan Al-Hadist yang mana pada pembagian hasil tersebut dengan cara dibagi secara rata kepada kedua belah pihak dan apabila terjadi kerugian juga ditanggung kedua belah pihak secara rata.
