Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of Economic Growth, Minimum Wage, Population on the Human Development Index in West Kalimantan Province. This research is a quantitative study by taking panel data, while the data used are time series data from 2014-2018 and cross-sectional data for all cities and regencies in the province of West Kalimantan. used is E-views 10. The results showed that the coefficient of economic growth of; coefficient of minimum wage coefficient of population; and that the value of the F test is significant, this indicates that the variables of economic growth, minimum wage, and population both simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on IPM.
