Abstract :
PT. XYZ is a company engaged in assembling manufacture in the export and import sector with goods produced in the form of digital pianos. PT. XYZ experienced a delivery target that was not optimal due to the delay in the production schedule, the decline in the production schedule was factored in from the wooden material that did not meet the quality standards of PT. XYZ. The purpose of this study is to select priority supplier criteria to provide evaluation and systematic calculations in determining suppliers when ordering wooden materials. The method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) which is a method of making a decision by determining priorities using a hierarchy which is divided into three main levels, namely objectives, criteria, and alternatives. The criteria used in this study are man power, machine, quality, cost, capacity, and delivery. The alternative used is a supplier that cooperates with PT. XYZ with a total of four suppliers specifically for wooden materials, namely A, B, C, and D. Based on the determination of supplier selection criteria, the largest results obtained on the Quality criteria are 35.93%, Delivery is 16.86%, and Capacity is 14.34% with the highest ranking results from alternative suppliers ordered that alternative A is 41%, B is 33%, C is 26%, and D is 20%. So that the priority supplier is supplier A, then the second supplier is supplier B, the third is supplier C, and the last is supplier D which is used for the order of priority for ordering wooden PT. XYZ to suppliers.
