Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource management and organizational creativity on organizational performance with innovation capability as an intervening variable in the batik business in the city of Surakarta. The population and sample in this study were respondents or batik businesses in the city of Surakarta and the number of respondents as the sample of this study were 70 respondents of MSMEs in the city of Surakarta. The type of data used in this research is primary data through a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. The sample selection in this study used a non-probability sampling approach with a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that human resource management has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, organizational creativity has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, organizational creativity has a positive and significant effect on innovation capability, human resource management has a positive and significant impact on innovation capability, the effect of innovation capability has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, the influence of human resource management has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance through innovation capability, and organizational creativity has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance through innovation capability.
