Abstract :
This research is entitled ?The Influence of Work Motivation and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance of PT. Nasmoco Salatiga with Individual Innovation Capability as an Intervening Variable?. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work motivation, knowledge management, individual innovation capability, and employee performance. The sample used in the study were all employees of PT. Nasmoco Salatiga with a total sample of 43 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study prove that (1) There is a significant positive relationship between work motivation and employee performance; (2) There is a significant positive relationship between knowledge management and employee performance; (3) There is a significant positive relationship between work motivation and individual innovation capability; (4) There is a significant positive relationship between knowledge management and individual innovation capability; (5) There is a significant positive relationship between individual innovation capability and employee performance; (6) The role of individual innovation capability has a positive effect but cannot mediate significantly between work motivation and employee performance; (7) The role of individual innovation capability has a positive effect but cannot mediate significantly between knowledge management and employee performance.
