Abstract :
This study aims to 1) analyze whether work motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Iskandar Indah Printting Textille. 2) Analyze whether Work Experience has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Iskandar Indah Printting Textille. 3) Identify whether work motivation and work experience have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Iskandar Indah Printting Textille. This research is a quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The population in this study were 50 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated samples. The sample taken was the entire population of 50 respondents. Research data sourced from primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and observation. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. From the results of the study, it was found that work motivation had significant effect on employee performance at PT. Iskandar Indah Printting Textille. It is proven by the value of tcount = 4,038> ttable = 2,012, while the significance of 0,000 is smaller than (?) = 0,05. work Environment significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Iskandar Indah Printting Texttille. It is proven by the value of tcount = 6,862 > ttable = 2,012, while significance of 0.005 is smaller than (?) = 0.05. Work Motivation and Work Environment have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Iskandar Indah Printting Textille. It is proven by the value of Fcount = 225,454> Ftable = 3,195, while a significance of 0.000 is smaller than (?) = 0.05.
