Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotional strategies on the level of sales of organic fertilizer products in CV. Gunung Subur and to determine the effect of product quality on the level of sales of organic fertilizer products in CV. Fertile Mountain. The variables used to test the hypotheses formulated in the study are: promotion strategy, product quality, and level of sales. Multiple regression model is used to explain the effect of these two variables on the dependent variable. Statistical F test, t test and R2 test were also used to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the regression calculation obtained the following equation: Y = -2,996 + 0,947 X1 + 0,854 X2. The results of the F test analysis where Fcount is 12,200 > Ftable 3,15 then together the promotion strategy and product quality have an influence on the level of sales of organic fertilizer products in CV. Mount Subur, evidenced by a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05. The promotional strategy variable has a value of tcount 3,502 > ttable 2,000 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, then the promotion strategy affects the level of sales of organic fertilizer products in CV. Fertile Mountain. Product quality variable tcount 3.021 > ttable 2,000 and a significance value of 0.004 <0.05, then product quality affects the level of sales of organic fertilizer products in CV. Fertile Mountain. R2 test results obtained 0.273 means that the level of sales is influenced by 27.3% by factors of promotion strategy and product quality. While the remaining 72.7% was caused by other factors not included in the study, including: market segmentation, marketing strategy, culture, social factors, discounts, personal factors and others.
