Abstract :
The succes of a company is determined based on the performance of its human resources. This study describes the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) at The Surakarta Head Office. The type of data is quantitative data with 80 employees as the sample. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
