Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of information technology and human resource competence on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on cv.angkasa solo. The sample in this study amounted to 106 respondents. This research is a type of quantitative research. The type of data used in this study is primary data by using a questionnaire using a Likert measurement scale. The data analysis technique used in this study was the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the Smart PLS program. The results of this study indicate that (1) the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) human resource competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. , (4) human resource competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction , (7) human resource competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction.
