Abstract :
Based on survryresult from the Progam for International Student Assesment (PISA) study conducted in 2018, Indonesia is rangked 73rd out of 79 countries in the world in the field of mathematics stidies. The survey result show that the ability of participants in Indonesia is low. One that can maxsimize learning is the use of learning media, so in this study the researchers developed the PINO game tool. The aims of this research are 1). To develope the PINO game as a game and educational tool for elementary school students 2). To discribe the result of the feasibility test and limited test of the PINO game as a game and elemtary school students. The data collection method in this study was obtained from observation, interviews, test, and documentation. The method used in this research is R&D. The data use qualitative data analysis. Qualitative data analysis is usef for the type of data from the result of observasions and interviews. While qualitative data analysis was used to analyze the data from the questionnaire. 1). The result of this study were obtaimed from media validation with an averange value of 87.5 out maxsimum value of 100. While the result material validation obtained an average score 84 out of a maxsimum value 100. If both are converted into qualitative data, it can be said that the data is ?very feasible?. 2). The limited trial of the PINO game tool was carried out on 5 student in grades 4 and 5 at SD N 2 Tambak with expert practitioners, namly classroom teachers. The result of assesment of expert practitioners. The average value obtained from the practitioner validator 97 with a maxsimum value of 100. When converted into qualitative data, it is said that the PINO game tool is ?very feasible? to use.
