Abstract :
This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of organizational commitment, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Office, Adisucipto Branch, Yogyakarta. The population in this study were employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Adisucipto Yogyakarta Branch with a sample of 80 respondents. Data collection techniques through the dissemination of questionnaires. Data analysis in this study used Smart PLS version 3.0. The sampling techniques in this study used total sampling techniques and the data testing techniques used in this study included an outer model consisting of convergent validity, discriminant validity, composite reliability, cronbach?s alpha, and a multicholinearity test as well as an inner model consisting of coefficient determination, goodness of fit, effect size (f2) test, and hypothesis test. The result of this study show that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
