Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction with organizational commitment as a mediating variable (study at PT Mamura Inter Media). Studies conducted at PT. Mamura Inter Media. The sample of this study is 125 respondents who work in the company. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is intervening regression analysis with Smart PLS analysis tool. The results of the last research questionnaire are valid and reliable. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that leadership style, work motivation, work environment directly had a significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment mediates significantly between leadership style, work motivation and work environment on job satisfaction.
