Abstract :
The era of the Asean Economic Community (AEC) has arrived in Indonesia, an era where a single market and a common manufacturing base enable the free and unrestricted flow of products, services, capital and investment in the Asean region. This certainly affects the economy in Indonesia. Based on data from the 2020 Creative Economy OPUS report, the creative economy sub-sector contributed Rp1,211 trillion to the country's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). According to this statistic, Indonesia ranks third globally in terms of the GDP contribution of the creative industry sector. The development of the creative economy in Indonesia, especially the City of Surakarta and Sukoharjo Regency, is also increasing until now. As the creative industry develops in Solo Raya, especially in the Surakarta and Sukoharjo areas, creative industries such as remote workers, startup businesses, MSMEs, and freelancers need a place to work and collaborate together. However, many creative industry players experience the same problem, namely the limited budget for renting an office, the presence of the Solo Baru Co-working space can help overcome these problems. This Coworking Space aims to accommodate and accommodate the activities of creative industry players so that creative economy businesses can develop, and create a healthy workspace that is able to protect the physical and mental health of users, by applying 14 Biophilic Design Patterns in building design. This is one of the efforts to reduce and prevent the potential growth of mental disorders at work.
