Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of dynamic capability and leadership style on employee performance with social interaction as a mediating variable (Study at a Coffee Shop in Madiun City). This research data uses primary data through a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. The sample selection in this study used a non-probability sampling approach. The sample used was 86 respondents from a coffee shop in Madiun City and analyzed using PLS-SEM through the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The data analysis method in this study uses an evaluation of the measurement model in the outer model and inner model. The results showed that (1) dynamic capability had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) social interaction variables had a positive and significant effect on employee performance (4) dynamic capability variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. significant effect on social interaction (5) leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on social interaction. (6) social interaction variables are able to mediate dynamic capability variables on employee performance (7) social interaction variables are able to mediate leadership style variables on employee performance variables.
