Abstract :
studies. The causes of burnout generally come from two things, namely internal individuals and external individuals. There is a tendency for teachers to experience burnout due to various factors such as monotonous teaching activities, administrative burdens, problems in the work environment and at home as well as various emotional turmoil in carrying out their profession. Teachers as individuals need appropriate coping strategies and emotional control to overcome these problems. The role of the family is also no less important because they are the home to which the teacher as an individual returns. The purpose of this research is to determine Hypothesis H1: the relationship between coping strategies (X1), family social support (X2) and emotional intelligence (X3) with burnout (Y), H2: the relationship between family social support and burnout, H3: the relationship between emotional intelligence and burnout, H4: relationship between coping strategies and burnout. This research is a quantitative research using a simple random sampling technique with a subject population of 4624 and a sample of 291 Sukoharjo teachers. Data collection used a scale of coping strategies, family social support, emotional intelligence and burnout. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research results show that (1) Coping Strategy (X1) has a significant negative relationship with Burnout (Y) with a significant t value of 0.000 < 0.05, (2) family social support (X2) has a significant negative relationship with Burnout ( Y) with a significant t value of 0.001 < 0.05, (3) emotional intelligence (X3) has a significant negative relationship with Burn-out (Y) with a significant t value of 0.035 < 0.05 and (4) Coping Strategy ( X1), Family Social Support (X2) and Emotional Intelligence (X3) simultaneously have a relationship with Burnout (Y) with a significant F value of 0.000 < 0.05. The R² value is 0.268, meaning that 26.8% of the Burnout variable (Y) is influenced by coping strategies (X2), family social support (X2) and emotional intelligence (X2) and the remaining 73.2% is influenced by other factors.
