Abstract :
People in life have diverse needs. Efforts to meet various needs of the community are required to work, because a certain income can be obtained by working. The work can be done independently or work with others. Basically everyone has the same opportunity to get a job and has the right to get the same treatment without discrimination. But in an era of increasingly rapid technological development like today, competition is inevitable. The difference between the underprivileged and the underprivileged is getting clearer in Indonesia. The problem of poverty has become a lingering problem for all countries. With this poverty problem consciously, a new problem arises, one of which is a minor worker. Child labor is a term for the employment of young children. The term child labor has a definition of exploiting young children for their labor, with little pay or consideration for their personality development, safety, health, and future prospects. The use of young children as labour today is considered by developed countries to be a violation of human rights, but developing countries still allow because families often depend on their children's work to maintain their lives and are often the only source of income.
