Abstract :
The research of santri activity program management in order to cultivate the values of character in SMA Trensains Muhammadiyah Sragen aims to describe: (1) the preparation of the program of activities at SMA Trensains Muhammadiyah Sragen; (2) the preparation of instructors in the activity program; (3) the implementation of program activity; (4) supervision of the implementation of the program of activities. This research uses qualitative approach, collecting data by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis applies flow model through data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study include: (1) Preparation of activity program at SMA Trensains Muhammadiyah Sragen a. The principal makes the formulation of character education goals; b. The caregiver makes a schedule of the students' activities; c. The caregiver makes and establishes the santri's rules; d. The caregiver makes the guidelines of the offenses and the santri punishment. (2) The preparation of the instructor in the santri activity program includes a. The headmaster chooses the ceregiver boarding school and members of the IPM; b. The principal makes the duties and activities of the caregivers and members of IPM. (3) Implementation of program of activity in SMA Trensains Muhammadiyah Sragen: a. caregivers provide guidance to santri; b. The caregiver provides motivation to the santri; c. Chairman of IPM leads the program activities program; d. The carer makes a decision on the offense of the santri. (4) supervision of program implementation activities include a. Direct supervision; b. Indirect supervision
