Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of profitability, debt policy, dividend policy, firm size, and managerial ownership of firm value. The population in this research is a manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2015. The sample is determined by purposive sampling technique and obtained sample of 81 companies. This research uses data analysis technique multiple regression analysis. The result in this research is profitability influence to company value. While debt policy, dividend policy, firm size and managerial ownership have no effect on company value.
