Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, firm size, Liquidity and Investment opportunity Set (Ios) to the value of the company. Company Value In this research proxies with Price book value (PBV). The population in this study are Real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2014 - 2016. The sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique and the number of samples used as many as 88 companies Real Estate and property for three consecutive years. This study used descriptive statistic analysis, classical assumption. Based on the result of the research on the regression model, it is known as follows: (1) the variable of capital structure has no effect on firm value, (2) profitability variable influencing firm value, (3) firm size variable has no effect on firm value, (4) variable liquidity does not affect company value, (5) Investment Opportunity Set (Ios) variable has no effect on firm value.
