Abstract :
The value of the company is very important because of the high value of the company which will be followed by a high prosperity shareholders. The higher the stock price the higher the value of the company. Data this experiment aims to determine and analyze the extent of the influence of Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability of the Company Value listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. This study uses secondary data from the audited financial statements. This study uses a fourteen (14) samples from the Food and Beverage companies registered in traditional Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014- 2017. The method used in the study sample is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate Liquidity and Profitability variables significantly influence the company value, while variable Solvency no significant effect on the capital structure of the company. Three independent variables affect the value of the Company amounts to 26.9%.
