Abstract :
This research was conducted to examine the influence of firm size,
profitability, likuidity, institutional ownership to the company value. The
company’s value in this study is proxied by Price Book Value (PBV). Population
of this research are manufacturing companies consumer good sector in
Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. Samples were taken by using purposive
sampling technique and the total sample of 58 companies. The used data analysis
method is descriptive statistics and hyphothesis testing using multiple linear
regressions. Based on the research result in the regression model in mind a few
things, as follows: (1) variable firm size influence the value of the company, (2)
variable profitability influence the value of the company, (3) variable likuidity
influence the value of the company, (4) variable institutional ownership has no
effect on the value of the company.
