Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage, profitability, size, growth opportunity and devidend policy on firm value. The research population is sub-goods manufacturing companiesand consumer goods listed by the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2014-2017. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique and the total of 68 companies for four years in accordance with the criteria. Analysis techniques using classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis. The result of this study are profitability and growth opportunity have influence effect on firm value, while leverage, size, and devidend policy do not affect affect firm value.
