Abstract :
Di era digital sekarang ini, pegawai dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan menggunakan teknologi perkantoran, agar pelaksanaan pekerjaan dapat berlangsung secara efisien dan efektif. Motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja pegawai sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara keseluruhan Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Kecamatan Banjarmasin Tengah, Kota Banjarmasin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah pegawai pada kantor kecamatan Banjarmasin Tengah, Kota Banjarmasin sebanyak 59 orang pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis termasuk uji instrument, uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS for windows versi 17.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan motivasi berpengaruh negative terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Banjarmasin Tengah, Kota Banjarmasin. Motivasi kerja, dan kemampuan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Banjarmasin Tengah, Kota Banjarmasin. In digital era, employees should be have an ability how to operational office technology, could help the employees working efficient and effective. Work?s motivation and work?s ability of employees very needed to increasing employees performance as overall. The study was conducted in subdistrict head?s office Central Banjarmasin, Banjarmasin City. The purpose of this study was to examine and and analyze the influence of work motivation, and work?s ability to employee performance partially or simultaneously. The sample used are whole employee of subdistrict head?s office Central Banjarmasin, Banjarmasin City much as 59 employees. Collection data method used was a questionnaire. The analysis includes instruments test, normality test, classic assumption test, linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient determination test using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 17.0 for Windows. The result showed that work motivation and work?s ability partially has an influence positively to the employee?s performance of subdistrict head?s office Central Banjarmasin, Banjarmasin city, work motivation, and work?s ability simultaneously have an influence to the employee?s performance of subdistrict head?s office central Banjarmasin, Banjarmasin city.
