Abstract :
Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja kabupaten Balangan memiliki tugas yang penting yaitu menegakkan Perda (Peraturan Daerah), Perkada(Peraturan Kepala Daerah), menyelenggarakan ketertiban umum dan ketentraman masyarakat, serta memberikan perlindungan kepada masyarakat kabupaten Balangan secara cepat dan tepat.. Masalah yang saat ini terjadi di Satpol PP Balangan adalah berkaitan dengan proses pelayanan kepada masyarakat masih dilakukan secara manual oleh para petugasnya. Hal semacam ini akan mempersulit dan memperlambat pekerjaan, misal yang berkaitan dengan data kegiatan dan pengaduan masyarakat serta pembuatan laporan. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mendukung pengelolaan informasi serta mampu menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Adapun hasil penelitian ini yaitu terciptanya aplikasi yang memiliki fasilitas monitoring activity system yang dapat mempermudah dalam proses monitoring kegiatan Satpol PP dengan aplikasi berbasis web. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya bisa mengembangkan aplikasi tersebut sehingga dapat berbasis android yang lebih mudah untuk pengguna. The Civil Service Police Unit of Balangan Regency has an important task, namely enforcing Perda (Regional Regulations), Perkada (Regulation of Regional Heads), maintaining public order and public peace, as well as providing protection to the people of Balangan Regency quickly and precisely. Problems that are currently happening at Satpol PP Balangan is related to the service process to the community is still done manually by the officers. This kind of thing will complicate and slow down work, for example related to activity data and public complaints and reporting. In overcoming these problems, an information system is needed that can support information management and be able to solve these problems. The research method used is observation, interviews and literature study. The results of this research are the creation of an application that has an activity monitoring system facility that can facilitate the monitoring process of Satpol PP activities with a web-based application. For further researchers, they can develop the application so that it can be based on Android which is easier for users.
