Abstract :
This study aims to provide an overview of the Application of PrinciplesGood Governance In Public Services at the South Banjarmasin District office, Banjarmasin City. The research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The results of research conducted by researchers in public services at the South Banjarmasin sub-district office with the application of principlesGood Governance which includes the principles of accountability, transparency, participation and legal supremacy in order to provide services to the public. Service providers are good enough in terms of communication with the community as service recipients, however, it still needs to be further improved to provide the best service. Due to the application of the principlegood governance in public services at the South Banjarmasin sub-district office, the level of awareness of violations and abuse of procedures, as well as the lack of community participation in services.
