Abstract :
Pelayanan penumpang dan arus barang di Pelabuhan Trisakti Banjarmasin menjadi tanggung jawab administrasi KSOP Kota Banjarmasin. Peran tenaga administrasi sangat penting sebagai sumber daya organisasi demi kelancaran pelayanan. Untuk itu organisasi perlu memperhatikan apa yang memotivasi karyawan agar kepuasan dan kinerjanya semakin baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Responden penelitian ini adalah pegawai bagian administrasi pencatatan arus penumpang dan barang di KSOP Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 32 pegawai. Uji analisis data menggunakan statistik regresi dengan software SPSS for windows versi 23.0. Hasil pengolahan data regresi dengan SPSS dapat diartikan bahwa bo = 10,140 yang artinya tanpa motivasi kerja yang baik maka besarnya nilai kinerja organisasi sebesar 0,378. Sedangkan b1X1 = 0,934 yang artinya peningkatan kepuasan kerja akan mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,934. Dengan persamaan Y = 10,140 + 0,934X1 + 0,195X2 + e. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Passenger and goods flow services at Trisakti Port Banjarmasin are the responsibility of the administration of KSOP the Banjarmasin City. The role of administrative staff is very important as an organizational resource for the smooth running of services. For this reason, organizations need to pay attention to what motivates employees so that their satisfaction and performance is getting better. The research aims to test and analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The respondents of this study were employees of the administrative section of recording the flow of passengers and goods at the KSOP in Banjarmasin, a total of 32 employees. Test data analysis using regression statistics with SPSS software for windows version 23.0. The result of the results of processed regression data with SPSS can be interpreted that bo = 10,140 which means that without good work motivation, the magnitude of the value of organizational performance is 0.378. Whereas b1X1 = 0.934 which means that an increase in job satisfaction will be able to improve employee performance by 0.934. With the equation Y = 10,140 + 0,934X1 + 0,195X2 + e. The results showed that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation and job satisfaction together have a significant effect on employee performance.
