Abstract :
AMIRULLAH S. NPM. 18930023. Pengaruh Penghasilan Tetap dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perangkat Desa pada Kantor Desa Se Kecamatan Kusan Tengah Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penghasilan tetap secara parsial terhadap kinerja perangkat desa, selain itu untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja perangkat desa dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penghasilan tetap dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa pada Kantor Desa Se Kecamatan Kusan Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan instrumen penelitian dengan koesioner yang dianalisis dengan Regresi Linier Sederhana dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penghasilan tetap tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. Selain itu disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja perangkat desa. Serta penghasilan tetap dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja perangkat desa pada Kantor Desa Se Kecamatan Kusan Tengah AMIRULLAH S. NPM. 18930023. The Effect of Permanent Income and Work Discipline on the Performance of Village Officials at Village Offices in Kusan Tengah District of Tanah Bumbu Regency. This study aims to determine both partially of permanent income and work disciplines to the work performance of village officials at the village offices of Kusan Tengah District of Tanah Bumbu regency and to determine the effect of permanent income and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of village officials at the village office of Kusan Tengah District of Tanah Bumbu regency. The method used is a quantitative research approach and research instruments with questionnaires which are analyzed by Simple Linear Regression and Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that fixed income did not partially affect the performance of village officials. In addition, work discipline has a partial effect on the performance of village officials. As well as regular income and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on the performance of village officials at the Village Office in Kusan Tengah District.
