Abstract :
Pembuatan Laporan Pengusahaan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Layanan Pusat Listrik Tenaga Uap Pulang Pisau masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Selain itu, dalam memonitoring Laporan Pengusahaan masih belum terstruktur serta pengarsipan data masih dipegang oleh masing-masing bidang. Metode pemecahan masalah digambarkan dalam bentuk diagram UML dan pengujian yang digunakan adalah pengujian Black Box. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam memonitoring dan pembuatan Laporan Pengusahaan PT.PLN (Persero) ULPLTU Pulang Pisau. Untuk membantu dan mempermudah dalam pembuatan sistem informasi monitoring Laporan Pengusahaan, penulis menggunkan software text-editor Sublime Text 3, bahasa pemrograman PHP serta MySQL sebagai penyimpanan database sehingga sistem ini dapat dijalankan pada website dan digunakan oleh karyawan. Diharapkan sistem ini bisa dikembangkan dengan menggunakan validasi dari Manager, sehingga tidak perlu lagi meminta tanda tangan secara langsung dikarenakan sistem Work From Home (WFH) sekitar 75% yang diterapkan perusahaan dalam masa pandemi. Preparation of the Business Report at PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Layanan Pusat Listrik Tenaga Uap Pulang Pisau is still using Microsoft Excel. Furthermore, monitoring the Business Report is still not structured and data archiving is still held by each sector. The problem solving method is described in the form of a UML diagram and the test used is Black Box testing. The results of this study are expected to facilitate the monitoring and preparation of the PT. PLN (Persero) ULPLTU Pulang Pisau?s Business Report. To assist and simplify the creation of an information system for monitoring the Business Report, the authors use the software text-editor is Sublime Text 3, the programming language is PHP and MySQL as database storage so this system can be run on the website and used by employees. Expected this system can be developed using validation from the Manager, so there is no need to ask for a signature directly because the Work From Home (WFH) system is around 75% implemented by the company during the pandemic.
