Abstract :
Village Head Leadership Style Toward Employee Performance of Village Office Sepakat Bersama Anjir Muara District, Barito Kuala Regency. The background of this research was conducted, because the leadership style of the Village Head was considered quite successful in motivating the performance of employees at the Sepakat Bersama Village Office, Anjir Muara District, Barito Kuala Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the leadership style of the village head in improving employee performance at the Sepakat Bersama Village Office, Anjir Muara District, Barito Kuala Regency. The benefits of the research are expected to be useful in developing the concept of leadership style in improving employee performance at the Sepakat Bersama Village Office, Anjir Muara District, Barito Kuala Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive-correlational research method. Descriptive-correlational research means that the researcher tries to describe and then tries to connect the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The results of the study found evidence that the leadership style of the Village Head in improving the performance of the employees of the Sepakat Bersama Village Office, Anjir Muara District, Barito Kuala Regency, was quite successful and significant. This is supported by evidence in the form of; there are 63.64% of respondents who strongly confirmed that the leadership style of the Village Head has provided work guidance to employees and scheduled their work properly and correctly; there are 72.73% of respondents who strongly confirmed that the leadership style of the Village Head has shown concern for the welfare and needs of its employees; there are 81.82% of respondents who strongly confirmed that the leadership style of the Village Head in dealing with employees had made wise decisions; there are 63.64% of respondents confirmed that the leadership style of the Village Head has encouraged his employees to excel in serving the community; and there are 54.55% of respondents who confirmed that the Village Head Leadership Style has tried to influence the perceptions of subordinates by motivating them, in order to provide effective performance. The conclusions of the research results show that the Village Head Leadership Style in improving employee performance at the Sepakat Bersama Village coordinator, Anjir Muara Subdistrict, Barito Kuala Regency, has been going well, this can be seen in the condition of the Village Head's leadership style always giving influence to employees to improve their performance
