Abstract :
This research is motivated by the problem of human resources which is the main object in a company in order to achieve a goal. In achieving a good productivity, research is needed in terms of knowledge management and skills possessed by employees.This research was conducted to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of knowledge management and skills on work productivity at the Handoyo Cigarette Factory, Blitar. This research can be used as a reference material for students who have studied science, especially administration with a concentration of human resources, with the subject matter of influencing factors regarding employee productivity in a company and can establish good relations between companies and academics so that they can be used as options for further researchers. This study has respondents with a total of 50 people. The sampling technique is saturated sample. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and interviews, by analyzing them using IBM SPSS Statistics 19. The analysis carried out in this study included Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Testing, and Multiple Linear Analysis Test. The location of this research is on Jalan Bantas RT.01/RW.03, Talun Village, Talun District, Blitar Regency, Indonesia. The results of this study conclude that Knowledeg Management does not have a partial influence on Work Productivity and Skills has a partial influence on Work Productivity. And Knowledge Management and Skills have a simultaneous influence on Work Productivity.
