Abstract :
This research was motivated by human resources at this time is the most important investment for the company. Therefore, companies that have a good organizational culture of course also have good leaders and work regulations. This can not be separated from the application of leadership style, reward, and punishment to performance. So that, if the company implements the application of leadership styles, rewards, and punishments, the performance of the employee will be more effective and controlled. The aim of this study was to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of the application of leadership style, reward, and punishment on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan. The study also wants to know which of the variables leadership style, reward, and punishment has the most dominant influence on the performance variable. This study had 54 respondents, the number of respondents was taken from all 116 permanent employees of Perumda Tirta Kanjuruhan using the proportional random sampling technique. The research method uses multiple linear analysis method with F test, t test and dominant test with 5% of significant level. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that the leadership style, reward and punishment simultaneously had a significant effect with the results of multiple linear regression showing that the coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.369 or 36.9%. And the t-test shows that the leadership style and punishment variables have a partial effect on performance, while the reward variable has no effect on performance. The leadership style variable has the most dominant influence in this study.
