Abstract :
This research is motivated by the problem of human resources being the biggest investment in a company in order to achieve goals. In improving the performance of human resources, it is necessary to conduct research in terms of the work environment at the work location, the motivation given, to the selection of a leadership style that is suitable for the company's conditions. This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of work environment, work motivation, and leadership style on employee performance at the Brem Ariska Company. This research has academic benefits This research can also be used as a reference material for students who have studied prior knowledge with a concentration of human resources with the subject matter of the factors that influence employee performance in a company and can establish good relations between companies and academics so that they can be used as options for further researchers. This research has a total of 32 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sample. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire), by analyzing it using IBM SPSS Statistics 24. The analysis carried out in this study includes, Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Testing, and Multiple Linear Analysis Test. The location of this research is in Ds. Kaliabu RT 23 RW 5, Caruban-Kab. Madiun, East Java?Indonesia. The results of the study concluded that the work environment, work motivation, and leadership style had a significant and partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance at Brem Ariska Madiun Company.
