Abstract :
The role of the village in realizing national development is very important considering that the village is the lowest government structure in the hierarchy of the Indonesian government system. Therefore, the government needs an agency or institution to manage the community's economy which is expected to be able to move the wheels of the economy in the countryside, namely by forming a Village Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) based on Malang Regency Regional Regulation Number 20 of 2006. This study aims to determine how the implementation and supporting and inhibiting factors of BUMDes Implementation of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMdes) Case Study in Sukowilangun Village, Kalipare District, Malang Regency Based on Malang Regency Regional Regulation Number 20 of 2006. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with Data collection or secondary, observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted at the BUMDes Office in Sukowilangun Village, Kalipare District, Malang Regency which is directly related to the formulation of the problem. The results of the research are that the implementation of BUMDes is still less than optimal because there are still many obstacles such as the attitude of the management who is less professional, the management's human resources need to be improved, the capital is jammed, and the support of other parties is lacking.
