Abstract :
This research was motivated by the disbursement of funds and the development process that did not have a clear time capacity. There are still obstacles in the implementation of the housing development program that is not in accordance with the technical implementation instructions. Socialization regarding the housing development program has not run optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the housing development program in Jedong Village. The theory used in this research is the theory of policy implementation according to George C. Edward III, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The research data analysis technique uses Miles and Humberman data analysis. The results showed that the implementation of the housing development program in Jedong Village had not run optimally. This can be seen from the incomplete involvement of parties related to the development program for habitable houses as implementers, there are still implementers whose understanding is limited, and the socialization of the housing development program has not fully touched the community. The researcher provides suggestions regarding this research, namely that the village government must have a clear commitment and responsibility for the implementation of the program, so that the housing assistance program can run optimally.
