Abstract :
This study aims to analyze the effect of relationship marketing on customer satisfaction. The methods used in this study are quantitative research, the population in this study is savings customers, the sample number of 70 respondents, sampling techniques using purposive sampling, data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that relationship marketing had a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
