Abstract :
This study aims to analyze and determine the factors that influence customer decisions both partially and simultaneously in choosing KPR products. The number of samples in this study were 90 respondents. The sampling technique used random sampling. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire / questionnaire. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The research shows that the variable price level, service and procedures have a significant effect on customer decisions in choosing mortgage products. While the Promotion variable has no significant effect on customer decisions in choosing mortgage products.
