Abstract :
This study aims to describe transformational leadership, organizational culture, commitment, and performance of BPKP leadership, analyze the influence of transformational leadership and corporate culture on BPKP leadership commitment, the impact of transformational leadership and organizational culture on BPKP leadership performance, the effect of adherence on BPKP leadership performance, and the influence transformational leadership, organizational culture on the performance of BPKP leaders through commitment. In previous studies, researchers have not found that transformational leadership and corporate culture simultaneously influence commitment and performance. This study also placed the commitment variable as an intervening or mediating variable. The population in this study were all BPKP leaders from echelon I to echelon IV, totaling 543 people. The number of samples in this study totaled 183.76, so they were rounded to 184 people, calculated using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The results of this study indicate that the role of transformational leadership in BPKP is empirically shaped by an attitude that has mastery of knowledge and a spirit of empathy. Transformational leadership and organizational culture affect commitment, and transformational leadership and corporate culture affect performance; there is an influence between commitment to interpretation, and transformational leadership and organizational culture affect performance through commitment.
