The result of this research is that the implementation of stunting prevention policies is still not optimal because there is still a large number of stunting in Malang Regency, as well as the development of sanitation and the lack of a stunting prevention team that is not working optimally and also giving Fe tablets which are still uneven. The health office has not yet collaborated from the poskesdes, posyandu, and puskesmas levels and there is a lack of budget for doubting toilets and washing hands in all villages, and only three villages have received sanitation development, namely Sukoharjo village, Gondang legi village and Rejjo sari village.
