Abstract :
This study aims to describe human resource management practices, Innovation capabilities, transformational leadership, organizational innovation and organizational performance; Analyze the influence of HR management practices, innovation skills and transformational leadership towards organizational innovation; Analyze the effect of HR management practices, innovation skills and transformational leadership on organizational performance; Analyze the influence of organizational innovation on organizational performance and analyze the effect of HR management practice, innovation ability and transformational leadership on organizational performance through organizational innovation. This research uses an explanatory method. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies in East Java, amounting to 228 manufacturing companies in East Java that do export. The number of samples in this study amounted to 140 respondents. Analytical techniques used are descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis. The results of the analysis show that the practice of human resource management, innovation ability, and transformational leadership have an effect on organizational innovation. Human resource management practices, innovation skills, and transformational leadership affect organizational performance. Organizational innovation affects organizational performance. Human resource management practices, innovation skills, and transformational leadership affect organizational performance through organizational innovation.
