Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of a sense of
community on social well-being in the management staff of the Ruang Publik
Terpadu Ramah Anak (RPTRA). The data for this study were generated from a
scale distributed to 290 RPTRA management staff. The scale used to measure
the sense of community is the Sense of Community Index 2 (SCI-2) developed
by Mc Millan & Chavis. This study also uses Keyes's scale, the social well-being
scale to measure social well-being. This study used a simple linear regression
analysis and it was found that there was a significant influence of a sense of
community on the social well-being in RPTRA management staff, namely 41.3%.
