Abstract :
PT.Sinergi Inti Solusi is one of the national software solutions providers, which
provides service-based business and high-tech solutions for customers spread
across Indonesia and hasdevelopment models on-site and off-site. The company
has designed, developed and deployed many solutions for classy companies in
banking and finance using the latest technology and structured frameworks. PT
Sinergi Inti Solusi itself makes use of theapplication Human Resource Information
System (HRIS)within its company. The HRIS application at PT Sinergi Inti Solusi
itself is an application that includes employee management. At PT. Sinergi Inti
Solusi, this application greatly simplifies business processes which greatly benefit
the company in terms of practicality. Therefore, the authors conducted research
on employee governance at the company. This research usesmethods research
and development, by managing the data that has been obtained qualitatively, by
describing the employee governance application from the data that has been
obtained. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and literature
study. Based on the data analysis, it is concluded that the solution that can solve
these problems is to create a web-based application for employee governance that
functions to manage employee data and employee performance within the
company. With this application, it is hoped that it can facilitate the management of
HR (Human Resources) which contains all employee data that work
