Abstract :
Technological developments are now needed in companies. The more rapid the
development of technology, the more Human Resources (HR) needed by the company
will increase. In the company PT Sinergi Inti Solusi has provided services for the
business and technology in it, at PT Sinergi Inti Solusi, it wants more performance in
the company. The role of the recruitment application is a company need, because the
company has to do candidate instructions. The HRIS recruitment application in
companies can be used to recruit candidates and manage candidates at PT Sinergi
Inti Solusi. This application can simplify the recruitment business process within the
company. This research uses research and development methods, by managing the
data that has been obtained qualitatively. describe the recruitment application from
the data that has been done. The method of data collection is done by interview,
observation and literature study. From the research that has been done, the
conclusion is that the company can solve the problem by creating a recruitment HRIS
application.
