This research is motivated by How does video tutorials improve students' ability to learn procedural texts The purpose of this study is The purpose of this study was to determine whether video tutorials can improve students' ability to write procedural texts at SMP Negeri 5 Tanjung. This research method is a quantitative design. This type of research is called "experimental" research. followed by 34 students, the design was a pre-experimental design with one-group pre-test and post-test types, and the data in this study were collected through pre-test and post-test. Statistical t-test was used with a significance level of 0.05 for the results. as a result of processing, > is 2.00 > 1.69. indicates that H1 is accepted. based on the findings, the researcher concluded that the video tutorial "how to make milk tea" to improve students' writing at SMPN 5 Tanjung in learning was acceptable. Furthermore, the student's responses to the questionnaire on the use of the "how to make milk tea" video tutorial were very positive, and they were very excited because they did not feel bored in the learning process
