Abstract :
In this study, researchers used the title Hospital Responsibility for the Exchange of Covid 19 Patients. The problem formulations include: First, what are the factors that cause the bodies of Covid-19 patients to be exchanged at the hospital, Second, what is the responsibility of the hospital for the exchange of corpses of Covid-19 patients. 19. The aim of this research is to know the handling or distribution of the patient's body in accordance with the standard operating procedure or soup as regulated in the prevailing laws and regulations. The form of this research method is normative legal research, so in this study an approach is made to the laws and regulations regarding legal protection for the bodies of Covid-19 patients and Covid-19 Medical Personnel. Based on the results of the first study, the factors causing the swapping of the bodies of Covid-19 patients were consumers who received treatment services for their illness. Therefore the rights regulated for consumers in the Consumer Protection Law apply to the bodies of covid-19 patients, besides that the rights of covid-19 patients according to Law Number 44 of 2009 concerning Hospitals also apply to the exchange of corpses. covid-19 patients.
