Discussing the problem in this thesis, the author uses a normative legal approach
that focuses on the analysis of legislation.
The research in this thesis is more concerned with providing peace of mind

buying and selling can sue business actors when they feel disadvantaged because
this is regulated in law which in essence consumers get legal protection in their
activities. and 2. In the event of a default, as a consumer, you can file a legal
action for consumer protection from the online buying/selling service provider
platform using the complaint and claim mechanism.
