Abstract :
In this study, the researcher used the title IMPLEMENTATION OF RESTITUTION OF CHILD VICTIMS OF CRIME AS LEGAL PROTECTION AND RIGHTS FULFILLMENT. The formulation of the problems that arise include, among others: how is the classification of crimes against children that can be applied to restitution and how is legal protection and fulfillment of children's rights as victims of criminal acts related to the implementation of restitution. The form of this research method is normative legal research, so in this study an approach to laws and regulations along with views and doctrines in legal science is analyzed which is then analyzed against the application of law to resolve legal issues in this study. From the results of the analysis carried out in this study, the researchers stated that: the classification of crimes involving children that can be applied for restitution include pornography, trafficking in persons, narcotics crimes, crimes of violence against children and crimes involving decency. , and aspects of legal protection and fulfillment of children's rights as victims of criminal acts through restitution, namely, first, they must provide legal assistance to children in every legal process and fight for the fulfillment of restitution rights through compensation and/or compensation as referred to in Government Regulation Number 43 of 2017 concerning the Implementation of Restitution. against child victims of crime Keywords: Restitution, Child dan Crime
