Abstract :
This study aims to study antibiotics, ??lactams, ciprofloxacin and aminoglycosides against Bacillus subtilis contaminants. The sample used in this study was the bacterium Bacillus subtilis which was inoculated on 15 MHA with antibiotic penicillin G disk, ciprofloxacin and gentamicin. The parameters collected in this study are the minimum levels produced by antibiotics. Based on the results of the analysis using the T test showed the minimum inhibitory level of each different antibiotic (P> 0.05) where ciprofloxacin was very sensitive, penicillin G was sensitive and gentamicin was intermediet to Bacillus subtilis.
