Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze accounting student?s prespective in Wijaya Kusuma University of Surabaya for the influence of financial appreciation, professional training, professional recognition, work environment, and personality for choosing a career as a public accountant. The subjects of this study is 214 accounting students, class of 2014 and 2015. This study uses primary data and data were collected by using questioner. From that metode author obtain 141 respondent and directly distributed using purposive sampling method, then processed using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 program. The result of this study on simultan showed indicate that financial appreciation, professional training, professional recognition, work environment, and personality have a significant influence on the tendency of accounting students in Wijaya Kusuma University for choosing a career as a public accountant. While on parcial, financial appreciation have no effect to accounting students carrier in Wijaya Kusuma University to be public accounting.
